Footprints in the Cloud – a Data Security Event

A digital footprint is the phrase used to describe the trail, traces or “footprints” that people leave online. This is information that you transmit online, such as e-shop purchases, e-mails and attachments, social media comments, uploaded videos or digital images or any other form of transmission of information. All of these leave traces of personal information about you available to others online.

The Cloud – it conjures visions of a huge fluffy hard drive floating in cyberspace where you can safely store all your valuable data in the full knowledge that you can access it at any time from anywhere on the planet where you can access the Internet (which possibly still excludes some parts of East Anglia!). The reality is somewhat different and can be extremely harsh when it comes to who owns and controls your valuable data.

If you want to know more about your digital footprint, the Cloud and how to protect your data, your reputation and, ultimately, ensure the continued survival of your business in this 21st Century, online world, then you need to attend this event.
