The ISO9001:200 (ISO) framework provides and effective framework for businesses
to base their drive for improved performance, giving a method of measurement and
continuous improvement. This in turn helps focus upon process-based activity
with the end-goal of customer satisfaction.
P+P have successfully implemented process-based ISO realisations in businesses
across the eastern region, ranging from 3 persons through to 300+ employees. These
have included a wide range of manufacturing and service sector companies, either
new to the requirements of ISO, or translating from the previous ISO (BS5750) implementations.
This is not about procedures and performance to the norm, but rather the
identification and mapping of all key processes and then looking to drive
improvement into all of these priority areas.
