Laurence Brooks is a chartered physicist and a member of the institutes of quality assurance
and business advisers. In his career to-date Laurence has spent18 years in the electronics
sector, focusing upon the disciplines of Quality, Business Development and General Management
, including overall Operations responsibility for the European arm of a global
microelectronics assembly business. As such he has experience of businesses processes
on a global basis.
Since entering the consultancy and advisory community Laurence has developed a thorough
knowledge of the funding mechanisms available for the support and growth of UK companies.
This has included the programme management of delivery schemes and the successful bid
writing for such projects. He (Laurence) is committed to the principles of training
and continuous learning at all levels throughout an organisation and the facilitation
of this process.
