Martin Rickard BSc, C.Eng., MIEE, MCIM, FCMI, FIBA is a chartered engineer and
chartered marketer with extensive experience as a mentor with businesses of up to
500 employees. Martin's career has encompassed 35 years of manufacturing electrical
and electronic components, international sales and marketing, including 24 years of
general management of UK and European businesses.
Martin Rickard is dedicated to working with boards, management teams and employees
