The directors of Performance Plus offer mentoring to company teams at all
levels, from Board members to junior management, or to selected individuals.
The mentoring is designed to reinforce and speed personal performance, progress
with key objectives and to assist with the development and nurturing of businesses.
The process may be intensive, taking place over a few weeks, or involve a long-term
association with the host company, working with the Board or senior management teams.
Individual mentoring may involve adopting a strictly focused approach to a specific
subject, coaching and encouraging the candidate until the required standards are achieved.
A wide range of mentoring advice is available (amongst these are general management,
business planning, performance measurement, sales and marketing, project management,
HR, training needs assessment, staff appraisals). |
