He has a wealth of experience gained in major international companies as well as small
and medium sized enterprises where he has used his blend of manufacturing and quality
experience, together with his first hand knowledge of people management to devise a

Stuart was one of the first in-company facilitators within a large multi-national
organisation, where he was instrumental in developing a total quality programme that
achieved a customer world class award. He has worked at strategic and operational level
to improve business performance by adding value to the processes and encouraging innovative
thinking through teamwork.
He is now a recognised specialist in Total Quality Management and the application
of Best Practice initiatives using the Business Excellence Model. Stuart has also
offered his services to the Regional Excellence Awards organisation as part of the
assessment team.
