At Performance Plus Partnership (P+P) we are busily, in fact very busily, looking to satisfy the needs and expectations of clients old and new across the Eastern Region. The need for management support and in particular registration framework guidance has never been stronger, be it in terms of Quality, The Environment, Health & Safety or Data Security, or any combination of the four.

We support organisations to achieve and maintain their ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001 registrations, whilst looking to grow and improve the performance of their businesses. Our clients operate across a fascinatingly diverse arena, encompassing electronics, CNC machining, distribution of a wide range of products, display technology, through to the education sector and medical devices.

To support our increased levels of activity we are looking for Associates to join our team on an attractive day-rate basis in 2022. We are looking for suitably knowledgeable, and experienced individuals. You will need to have your own personal indemnity and liability insurance and preferably be qualified lead auditors.

Laurence Brooks – Director

Laurence is a chartered physicist and a member of the Institutes of Quality Assurance and Business Advisers. He spent 18 years in the electronics sector and focuses on quality, business development and general management. This included overall Operations responsibility for the European arm of a global microelectronics assembly business. As a result, he has experience of businesses processes on a global basis.

Stuart Northcott – Director

Stuart specialises in business performance improvement through the application and assistance of skills in leadership, team building and managing change. He also provides a range of management coaching and development for individuals and management teams. He is a recognised specialist in Total Quality Management and the application of Best Practice initiatives using the Business Excellence Model.

Martin Rickard – Director

Martin is a chartered engineer and chartered marketer with extensive experience as a mentor with businesses of up to 500 employees. His career has encompassed 35 years of manufacturing electrical and electronic components, and international sales and marketing, including 24 years of general management of UK and European businesses.

Andrew MacAllan – Director

Andrew is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Manufacturing section of the Institution of Electrical Engineers. He has directed and managed large organisations in both FMCG and high volume bespoke products in several business sectors over a 25 year period. Andrew has been working in the field of business improvement through involvement of people for the last 12 years.  He is a recognised specialist in Total Quality Management and the application of Best Practice initiatives using the Business Excellence Model.

David Baker – Director

Dave has a degree in Computer Engineering and over 25 years experience in the computer industry with companies such as British Telecom, CAP Gemini and f5 Networks. He is also a trained business coach and a qualified lead auditor for ISO 27001, the International Standard for Data and Information Security.

Peter Basley – Director

Peter initially studied analytical chemistry, which led to a career in the semiconductor sector and then subsequently a role in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry. Essential skills in process control, process improvement and quality management were acquired through experience during this period. A career change then saw a move into Quality System writing and auditing, with Lead Auditor status being achieved. Peter’s auditing skills have been successively developed to encompass environmental, health and safety and the information security standards.
